We have a holistic teaching approach
It is the endeavour of the Management to employ facilitators who are given continuous training to impart learner-friendly methods. We believe students learn best when they learn through Experiential, Experimental, and Learning-by-Doing methods in a non-coercive environment. Every effort is made to free students from rote-methods and shortcuts. Field visits, excursions, project work and methods that enhance holistic development of students constitute the bedrock on which Rockwell’s Education System (RES) is founded. In conjugation with multiple intelligences and learning styles profiling of its students, RIS ensures improved learning outcomes.
