The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme
The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) is a two-year educational programme primarily aimed at students aged 16–19. It serves as an alternative route for students pursuing the Grade 11 & 12 of CBSE. There are over 115 schools in India and over 4000 schools worldwide which run this respected programme.
The curriculum is balanced across a rigorous engagement with 6 subjects and extra-curricular activities aimed at holistic growth, The students actively pursue community service, physical fitness, essay writing skills and explore the philosophical basis of how knowledge is created.
The program provides an internationally accepted qualification for entry into higher education in Indian and foreign universities. The IBDP course content, practical hands-on teaching style and types of assessment are considered “best preparation” for high school students aspiring to attend prestigious universities.

We follow an integrated syllabus consisting of CBSE.
a.Timings for Pre-Primary grades are 8:30 am to 12 noon and Day care facility up to 3:30 pm b.Timings for Primary and Secondary grades are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
The Teacher – Student ratio is as follows:
Pre-Primary grades – 2:20
Primary grades – 1:25
We have two Parent Teacher meetings in each quarter making it to six times in one academic year. Our teachers are also available on every Saturday except Second Saturday to meet Parents.
We provide safe and efficient transport for the convenience of our students: Supervised A.C Buses GPS to track buses Nearest pick and drop point from home, with some conditions applied.
We have In – house dining facility where the menu is prepared by a nutritionist.
As of today we do provide scholarships for meritorious students on the basis of some conditions.
At Rockwell, all the teaching staffs are trained and posses specialized educational qualification along with experience in and around different parts of the world.
All teachers are trained to deal with weak/slow learners in the classroom. In certain situations and circumstances they are given additional counseling.
We have an infirmary set up in our school with well – experienced nurse; we also have a facility of Doctor on Call from the hospital next door in case of any emergency. Each and every class and bus is equipped with first aid kit for children.
We keep a stock of Books and uniforms in the school that is given immediately to students on confirmation of admission.
Our school philosophy is based on our vision and mission that is to develop a curriculum that focuses on self learning and practical approach to learning concepts with a view to enable each child to become a Global Citizen.
We believe that the a child will accumulate more if practical experience is given in the course of education. We fulfill this by taking them to field trips, doing role play, demonstration, experimenting in labs, collaborating, grouping them in preferred leaning styles, jigsaw to name a few.
Rockwell considers extracurricular activities as an essential ingredient of its curriculum. We have tennis, basket ball and cricket in our school as outdoor games. We also have art & craft, gymnastics, Karate, indoor sports, music (Indian, Western and instrumental) and dance (different styles). Children practice these under the supervision of trained and qualified trainers.
Our academic year begins in June and ends in May. Yes, we do have midyear admissions only in certain special cases (Like students relocating from other countries/states).
